Summer's here! Its just fun to say that. Yelling it is even funner. Try it...I'll hold.

Told ya. We ate at the Tiki Hut a few nights back and watched the most beautiful sunset over the lake we've seen in recent memory. The great thing about it is the staff there has promised many more throughout the summer! Did I tell you summer's here yet? 

While tours and inquiries are on the rise, the number of contracts has remained a bit low. We're not worried, though. This place is entirely too gorgeous/fun/convenient/awesome/reasonable/cool/stunning/pleasurable/ad infinitum to remain a secret much longer. We're doing our part to get the word out. We have added the smart brochures to all of our signs and filled all the flyer boxes with flyers. There are several agents threatening to bring some contracts to the table so it appears things are about to bust loose, at least we hope to tell you that by next week!

Have you made your summer vacation plans yet? We hope you're not planning a "Stay-cation"? Maybe camp out in the backyard and burn turkey dogs over the mini hibachi? That's fine for an occasional Tuesday night, just don't call it a vacation. Come and enjoy one of our rental properties on beautiful Lake Keowee. We have several to choose from that aren't spoken for. In fact, if you vacation with a couple of families it can cost you less than $32 per person per night for lodging and you'll have a kitchen and fridge to help you save on those expensive room service fees. That's pretty cheap but better yet, it will keep you out of the backyard.
