On to the Real Estate Market: not much has changed since last week. Activity looks about the same; buyers in search of great deals are finding them and sellers in many cases are taking what they can get. We expect this trend to taper off, however, by some time this summer. It won't be long before the sellers, who have been riding shotgun, grab the wheel and take more control of the market. So if you're a buyer, the time to take full advantage of these favorable conditions is right now before the sellers wrestle away the upper hand.

We're retiring the old sign at our Highway 11 office and putting it out to stud. The new one will be up and running by the end of the week...let us know what you think!
