Lake Keowee Real Estate

If you're reading this, you're above ground and dealing with the only other life certainty: taxes! This likely makes real estate a secondary consideration for the moment; at least until we get April well past us and Spring Break is only a recent memory. But be sure to put this on your back burner: we are getting some excellent listings put in place this week, which bodes well for the summer! As far as prognostications on what will happen for the rest of the year, we expect things to remain sluggish throughout much of 2010, which nonetheless will be an improvement from 2009. The latest economic data suggests the real estate market will continue to strengthen but not at the pace we are all hoping for.
